Our team completed the Design, Build and Project Management for this modern accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The homeowner wanted to build an ADU for additional income to her Pasadena investment property. We created a custom design to maximize the income potential with a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom floorplan.The open floorplan connects the living room and kitchen, divided by aneat-in island which doubles for storage. A full-sized stacked washer and dryer plus full-sized appliances make the space attractive to potential tenants.We created an exterior design cohesive with the primary home, extended the space with a covered porch and completed the project with drought tolerant landscaping and solar panels.
