Our team completed the Full Service; Finance, Design, Build and Project Management for this beautiful pool home. Our team removed one bedroom and a half bathroom, to add a full owner-bathroom and increase the size of the existing common area bathroom.We also changed the floorplan, removing a wall, to create a spacious open family room radiating with natural light. The new kitchen design included a wall of new jersey white cabinets, new sedona quartz granite countertops, new Samsung over the range microwave and dishwasher, and stainless steel apron sink. The new recessed lighting and remote control ceiling fans compliment the central air and heating. We kept and re-finished the red oak hardwood floors and added closets to each improved bedroom.Outside isa new asphalt overlay driveway leading down to a 2-car detached garage with a new automatic garage door following to an extensive backyard with a large sparkling turquoise pool.
